Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to the text you enter and what limited information the site collects.

Text you enter

The content you type or paste into the word and text tools is processed in your browser. The tools do not send that input to WordTextTools for calculation or store it in a site account. Copying, downloading or leaving the page is controlled by your browser and device.

Website requests and server logs

Using the site sends ordinary web requests to the hosting service. Standard logs may record information such as the requested page, time, IP address, browser details and error data. These records support security, reliability and troubleshooting. No account is required to use the tools.

Google Analytics

WordTextTools uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and tool usage. Google may receive information such as the page viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and browser information, and analytics identifiers. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage. The text entered into tools is not included in the analytics events sent by the site.

AdSense and advertising

Visible advertising is currently disabled: the site does not render ad units or ad placeholders. A Google AdSense script is present for account and site verification. Because it is supplied by Google, it may make network requests and process technical identifiers even while ads are disabled. If advertising is enabled later, this policy and any required consent choices will be updated before ads are shown.

Cookies and your choices

Browser settings can block or delete cookies and similar storage, though doing so may affect analytics. Google provides controls for advertising and analytics data through its own privacy and account settings. Global privacy controls are not a substitute for the choices required if advertising is enabled in the future.

Contact and updates

Privacy questions can be sent to support@wordtexttools.com. This policy may be updated when the site’s services or data practices change.
